Rebeca Lagos (she/her)

As the HR & Operations Coordinator, Rebeca provides information and assistance to employees regarding human resources activities, processes, policies and procedures. She is also responsible for preparing various correspondence, coordinating activities and keeping our Oakland office location running smoothly. Before joining the Forward Together team, Rebeca obtained her BS in Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resource Management from Cal State East Bay University. She is passionate about creating diverse and equitable workplaces for women, people of color, immigrants, queer, transgender, non-binary & nuerodiverse people and hopes to establish this through her work in HR. In her spare time, she likes to advocate for the unhoused community of Oakland and likes to learn about ways she can improve her community. Rebeca is an avid lover of documentaries, comedy movies, Oakland taco trucks and Mexican Music.
