Gaby Hernandez (them/they)

Gaby Hernandez is the New Mexico Field Manager at Forward Together. They work with families across the state on issues affecting them and their loved ones to make the shifts needed for every New Mexican to thrive. Gaby is a queer non-binary immigrant, who’s identities profoundly shaped their commitment to making a change so every person has the room and freedom to live in dignity. Prior to joining Forward Together, Gaby has organized on various issues such as immigration, trans & queer liberation, reproductive justice, and healthcare. As an artist, they have been able to create visuals that translate the stories and visions of communities. Outside of work, Gaby enjoys runs with their dog, gardening, and cooking for their loved ones.
